Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Marketplace Assistant website and Chrome extension. By using Marketplace Assistant, you agree to these Terms.
1. Intended use
Marketplace Assistant helps users copy information and photos from their own active Facebook Marketplace listings into new drafts for review. You must have permission to use every listing, image, and piece of content you process.
2. User control
The extension does not automatically publish or delete listings. You are responsible for reviewing each draft, confirming its accuracy, following applicable laws and platform rules, and making the final publishing decision.
3. Platform requirements
Marketplace Assistant currently requires a supported version of Google Chrome, access to Facebook Marketplace, and the Facebook interface set to English (US). Facebook may change its interface or availability at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Marketplace Assistant to copy content you do not own, misrepresent products, violate another person’s rights, bypass platform restrictions, distribute malware, or engage in unlawful or abusive activity.
5. Availability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, pause, or stop as browsers and third-party platforms evolve. No particular ranking, visibility, buyer interest, or sale is guaranteed.
6. Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marketplace Assistant is provided without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. The developer is not responsible for decisions you make about listings or for changes made by third-party platforms.
7. Third-party services
Marketplace Assistant is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta or Facebook. Use of Facebook, Google Chrome, Stripe, and other third-party services remains subject to their own terms.
8. Changes and contact
These Terms may be updated as the product changes. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
